The Huracán was placed on the cutting table at the beginning of last year and then clambered off again as a facelifted Huracán Evo. Lamborgini’s V10 stunner is now also available as a Huracán RWD. Indeed, with rear-wheel drive!
Lamborghini expanded the Huracán line-up in 2015 with a rear-wheel-drive variant, a version that had to do with slightly less power than its four-wheel-drive brothers. Where the regular Huracán managed to squeeze 610 hp from its 5.2-liter V10, the right foot of the driver of the Huracán RWD had 580 hp at his disposal. The Huracán EVO introduced last year, in fact, the facelifted Huracán is now also available as RWD. This includes a power upgrade.
The four-wheel-drive Huracán Evo compared to the ‘primal-Huracán’ namely 30 hp and came out with a power of 630 hp. The rear-wheel-drive Huracán is also being injected with thirty extra horsepower and that means that the ten-cylinder engine is now 630 hp. As stated, that power goes entirely to the rear axle.
The Huracán Evo RWD can sprint in 3.3 seconds to a speed of 100 km / h. The top speed of the 1,389 kilos rear-wheel-driven Italian is at an impressive 325 km / h. The Huracán Evo RWD distinguishes itself visually with its modified front bumper and completely new rear bumper, including a new diffuser, from its four-wheel-drive Evo brother.
The delivery of this new Huracán Evo variant starts in the spring of this year. The basic starting price in Europe is more than € 153,000.
